What happened

In the town of Kinasha, Africa their are many families who don't eat every day like we do. The way that the people eat in Kinasha, Africa is that they say one kid eats one day then they won't eat until three days later. The people of Kinasha are fighting for their and familes freedom to eat when ever they want. One reason that they can't afford to buy meat and other food products (including five dollar meat). Also they have something called a delestage. Which means if they eat today they don't eat for the next three days. The food delestage makes it very hard to do anything. But the food delestge isn't new to The Democratic Republic of the Congo. Congo is a country rich in minerals and verdeant lanscapes, yet on of the hungeriest on the earth according to experts. Also Congo has a measure of manutriton in children because the lack of food and has gotton worse according to the International Food Policy Research Institute. They said that the situation had gone from "alarming" to "extremely alarming."Half the country is undernourished.

Why this happened
  • One reason this is happening is that they don't have enough money to feed everyone.

  • Another reason that they don't eat every day is that they don't have enough money to pay for the food.

My personal opinion

My personal opinion of this situation is that the people of The Dem. Rep. of the Congo should make the foods cost less.Or they could try to make food banks their and sell their food there. The reason that I think they should make food banks and sell their food for less is because they don't make very much money and they can't pay for much.
