What happend:
Bomb attacks struck military bases in Nigeria. This attack lauched increasing bloody attacks on Nigerias weak central goverment. No one immediatley claimed the bombing of two military bases, though suspocions fell on Lslamist sect know as Boko Haram. The bomb struck Nigerian army 1st Mechanized Divison headquarters, soldiers and security agencies quickly shut down access to the two areas, with some cameras of working journalist. Another explosion occered near a highway overpass, though officials had no other details about it. It is unclear how many people were wounded in the attacks, though witnesses said they saw injured solders wearing blood-drenched uniforms after the bomb. Abubakar Edun, spokesman for the division, said "two different cars loaded with explosives rammed through the headquarters' gates." Raphael Isa, an army spokesman, says "that one of the bomber was dressed in a military uniform, soldiers guarding the gate opened fire on the man, who died from gunshot wounds. Anas an air force spokesman says they threw a explosive about 550 yards from the outer fence, also he says that the bombs were loccally made bombs made with fertilize
What happend:
Boko Haram lauched a bomb attack because they where terrisist and wanted to weaken Nigeria's goverment even more by throughing bombs at the military and the goverment buildings.
Opinon:
My Opinon is that the Islamist sect should not have put explosive bombs to weaken Nigerias goverment and military because the men that work in the military are trying to protect Nigeria so nothing bad happens to the people, but if you try to hurt them then they cant help anyone. Also if you attack the military and kill them then Nigerias goverment is going to have to buy more which will weaken the govermtent even more then Nigeria will not be a very good place to be.
